Linda Summers has worked in corporate development, interactive services, new market development, brand building and customer experience for market leaders such as Shell, BT, O2 and Red Bee Media in the UK, Europe and Asia.
With experience of the telecoms, web, mobile content and broadcast industries, Linda has been privileged to work on a number of ground breaking marketing initiatives including
- The early use of online presence to create demand and extend customer reach in the late 1990s
- The 2000 introduction of text bundles to drive uptake of sms
- The first interactive vote for a live tv programme
- Use of web based viral marketing campaigns
- Wireless marketing for major events and sites
- Scheduling of video-on-demand content for web TV and IPTV providers
- New web content applications for archives
Linda was also part of the team responsible for the build of the O2 brand and its focus on delivering the best experience at every touchpoint with the customer.
